What this service covers

Quick answer: PPCPartner is a Google Ads and PPC specialist working with US businesses and agencies. We are based in Kerala, India and deliver remotely — there is no US office. For US agencies the model is white-label: campaigns run under your brand at a flat wholesale fee per account, never a percentage of client ad spend, with an NDA and written non-compete signed before work begins.

Almost everything ranking for "digital marketing company US" is a US agency. We are not, and pretending otherwise would waste your time and ours.

PPCPartner is a Google Ads specialist based in Kerala, India. Our strongest fit in the US market is not competing with local agencies for direct clients — it is delivering paid search for US agencies under their brand, which is work where being outside the US is the point rather than a drawback.

Two things stated upfront. We do not publish a US client case study; our published results are Gulf and Indian accounts and we will not relabel them. And paid search is where all of our work goes.

The honest US proposition: white-label fulfilment

A US agency wins a Google Ads client and then has to decide: hire a specialist, use a freelancer, or find a partner. Hiring means a senior US salary carried through quiet quarters. Freelancers struggle with continuity and cover.

We are the third option. Campaigns run under your brand, reporting arrives in your branding, and we never contact your clients — NDA and written non-compete signed before work starts. You bill your client at your rate; we invoice a flat wholesale fee per account. The margin is yours and it does not move when your client changes budget, because we never take a percentage of spend.

The cost difference is the blunt part of the pitch: a senior specialist here costs a fraction of a comparable US hire, and the platform is identical.

Full model, scope limits, operations and confidentiality terms are on the white-label Google Ads service page. PPC Management for Agencies compares the three delivery models directly.

How the time zone actually works

India is 9.5 to 12.5 hours ahead of the US depending on coast and daylight saving. That sounds like a problem and is usually an advantage, for one reason: work raised at the end of your day is finished before your next morning.

The practical patterns we run: requests submitted by your close of business are actioned overnight; reporting lands before your Monday morning; and live calls are scheduled in your morning, which is our evening. Emergencies during your afternoon are the genuine limitation — that window is our night, and we will not claim otherwise.

For agencies this is often better than a US contractor in the same time zone, because the turnaround is offset rather than queued.

What is different about US Google Ads campaigns

Budget pacing across four time zones. A single national campaign on a shared daily budget can exhaust itself on East Coast mornings before the West Coast wakes up. Campaigns need either time-zone separation or bid scheduling that accounts for it.

Click costs are materially higher. US CPCs in competitive verticals run well above the markets we operate in most. That does not change the method, but it does mean waste compounds faster and weak conversion tracking becomes expensive quickly.

State-level targeting and compliance vary. Legal, healthcare, finance and insurance carry state-by-state advertising restrictions, and Google's own policy gates several of them.

Lead quality beats lead volume more sharply. With higher costs per click, an account optimising toward form fills rather than qualified leads burns budget faster. Offline conversion imports and enhanced conversions matter more here than in cheaper markets.

What evidence we can and cannot show you

What we have: ten published case studies from nine live accounts — six Gulf, two Indian and one UK — including a 38.84% conversion rate in Dubai pest control, 3,590 student enquiries in 90 days for a Kerala education group, and 11.50% conversion on Dubai B2B software.

What that demonstrates: competent account structure, measurement and optimisation across consumer services, education, tourism and B2B SaaS.

What it is not: US benchmark data. US click costs and buyer behaviour differ enough that quoting a Gulf conversion rate as a US expectation would be misleading. We would be establishing US numbers with your account.

Our PPC agency in the USA guide covers the market city by city.

When a US agency is the better choice

  • You need same-time-zone availability through your working afternoon.
  • You need in-person meetings, or a US-registered supplier for procurement.
  • Your data processing must stay onshore.
  • You want the full channel mix from one supplier.
  • You are a direct advertiser wanting a local partner you can visit.

If those apply, hire in the US. Our fit is agencies wanting reliable fulfilment behind their own brand, and direct advertisers who care more about specialist execution and cost than about proximity.

Common questions

Do you have a US office?

No. We are based in Kerala, India and work with US clients and agencies remotely, and we will not claim a US presence. Google Ads is managed entirely online, so campaign quality does not depend on location — but if you need same-time-zone availability or a US-registered supplier, a US agency is the right answer.

Do you have US case studies?

Not published. Our ten case studies come from nine accounts — six Gulf, two Indian and one UK. They show how we structure, measure and optimise accounts, but they are not US benchmarks — US click costs and buyer behaviour differ, and presenting Gulf figures as US expectations would be misleading.

How do you handle the time difference with US clients?

India is 9.5 to 12.5 hours ahead depending on coast and season, which makes turnaround offset rather than queued: work raised at your close of business is typically finished before your next morning. Calls are scheduled in your morning. The honest limitation is live support during your afternoon, which is our night.

What does white-label Google Ads cost for a US agency?

A flat monthly fee per account set by scope, never a percentage of your client ad spend — so your margin stays fixed when their budget moves. Pricing depends on account count, spend under management and how much reporting support you need. Tell us the shape of your roster and we will quote per account.

Will our clients know you are involved?

No. Campaigns run under your brand, reporting carries your branding, and we never contact your clients. An NDA and a written non-compete covering your client list are signed before any work begins. The best white-label partner is one your clients never know exists.
