Digital Marketing Agency for Dubai & the UAE
We run Google Ads for UAE businesses — and we publish the AED numbers. Four Dubai accounts, real conversion rates, and a flat fee that never takes a share of your spend.
What this service covers
Quick answer: PPCPartner is a Google Ads and PPC agency serving Dubai and the wider UAE. We work with UAE businesses from our office in Kerala, India, managing accounts remotely. What we bring is published results from four Dubai accounts in AED, including a 38.84% conversion rate in pest control and AED 19.70 cost per booking in chauffeur services. Flat monthly fee, full account ownership, no lock-in.
Search "digital marketing agency Dubai" and you will find hundreds of agencies, most with a Sheikh Zayed Road address and a full-service deck. We are not one of them, and being straight about that is the fastest way for you to decide whether to keep reading.
PPCPartner is a Google Ads specialist based in Kerala, India, working with UAE businesses remotely — which is how Google Ads is managed everywhere, because the platform is online and the work is analytical rather than local.
What we bring is published evidence. Six of the nine accounts in our case studies are Gulf accounts, four of them in Dubai, with the actual AED spend and conversion rates. Most agencies pitching Dubai work will not show you that.

What those numbers actually tell you
Method and limits: the figures above are as reported in each linked case study, taken from live Google Ads accounts. Four accounts is a small sample, the periods differ, and results depend on offer, market and budget — treat them as evidence the approach works in this market, not as a forecast for your account.
The spread is the useful part. Consumer services (pest control, chauffeur) converted at 35-39%, while B2B software converted at 11.5% on a higher cost per click. That is not one account performing badly; it is what different buying processes look like. Anyone quoting you a single "expected conversion rate" for Dubai without asking what you sell is guessing.
The desert safari account is the one worth reading in full. The conversion path was rebuilt — checkout cut to 30-40 seconds — before spend was scaled. Scaling first would have bought more traffic into a flow that was not converting.
Why Google Ads works well in the UAE
It captures existing demand. When someone searches "villa handover snagging Dubai" or "PRO services Business Bay", they are ready to act now. Paid search puts you in front of that moment rather than interrupting someone scrolling.
The market is digital-first. The UAE has among the highest internet and smartphone penetration rates globally, and search is the default way services get found.
It is precise. You can target by emirate, by language, by device and by time of day — which matters in a market where Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah behave differently.
And it is fast. Campaigns can go live within days and produce enquiries almost immediately, which is why most UAE businesses start here rather than with SEO.
UAE specifics that change how campaigns are built
Arabic and English are not interchangeable. Depending on your audience, Arabic ad copy and keywords can unlock cheaper clicks and better relevance — or waste budget if your sales process cannot handle Arabic enquiries. We test both and keep what produces qualified leads for your business, rather than assuming one is correct.
Seasonality is sharp and specific. Ramadan and Eid shift both search behaviour and competition. Dubai Shopping Festival moves retail intent. The summer months empty out for some sectors and not others. Bidding that ignores this either overspends in a trough or underspends in a peak.
Click costs run high in the competitive verticals. Real estate, legal and finance can reach AED 20-60+ per click. That does not make them unprofitable — a single closed deal often justifies it — but it does mean waste compounds faster than in cheaper markets, and weak conversion tracking becomes expensive quickly.
Budget for 5% VAT on agency services in the UAE, separate from your ad spend.
Calls and WhatsApp matter more than forms. A large share of UAE customers prefer to call or message. If those conversions are not tracked, the account looks like it is underperforming when it is not.
Which UAE industries does this suit?
Based on the accounts we run and the market generally:
- Real estate — one of the UAE's most competitive and rewarding sectors. Buyer, seller and rental intent need separating, and targeting by community or project matters.
- Home and professional services — pest control, maintenance, PRO and visa services, cleaning. Strong call and WhatsApp intent; our two highest-converting Gulf accounts sit here. For pest control specifically, see Google Ads for pest control in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Tourism and hospitality — desert safaris, tours, hotels. High seasonality, and the conversion path usually matters more than the campaign.
- Chauffeur, limo and transport — high repeat value, and cost per booking is the metric that counts.
- B2B and SaaS — Business Bay and DIFC buyers. Lower conversion rates, higher deal values, and offline conversion tracking is essential.
- Healthcare and clinics — including medical tourism, where enquiry quality beats enquiry volume.
Do you need a Dubai-based agency?
Operationally, no. Google Ads is managed entirely online. Nothing about building campaigns, managing bids or fixing tracking requires being in the same city, and a Dubai address does not make an account perform better.
What does matter is whether the team understands the market: the Arabic-English split, the seasonal calendar, the emirate-level differences, and what a realistic cost per lead looks like in your vertical.
Where a local agency genuinely wins: if you need in-person meetings, on-the-ground creative production, event work, or a supplier your board can visit. Those are real reasons and we will not argue against them.
Where we win: if you want a specialist who publishes actual AED numbers, charges a flat fee rather than a percentage of your spend, and leaves the account in your name. We are also considerably cheaper than a Dubai-based equivalent, which is worth saying plainly.
We also work with UAE agencies rather than against them — white-label Google Ads delivered under your brand, which several agencies in the region use us for.

If your problem is that budget is going out and enquiries are not coming back, start with the clicks-but-no-leads diagnostic — twelve checks in order, measurement first.
For the wider Gulf, we also publish results from Saudi Arabia (430 leads at 35.19% conversion) and Qatar (363 leads at 21.96%), and a Saudi market guide.
Common questions
Where are you based, and how do you work with UAE clients?
We work from our office in Kerala, India, and manage UAE accounts remotely. Google Ads is managed entirely online, so campaign quality does not depend on proximity — reporting, calls and account access all work the same way. If you need in-person meetings or local creative production, a Dubai-based agency is genuinely the better fit for you.
How much does a digital marketing agency in Dubai cost?
Two separate costs: ad spend paid to Google, and the agency management fee, plus 5% UAE VAT on agency services. UAE cost-per-click ranges from a few dirhams to AED 20-60+ in competitive sectors like real estate, legal and finance. We charge a flat monthly fee by scope rather than a percentage of spend, so your costs stay predictable when budgets change.
Should UAE campaigns run in Arabic or English?
It depends on your audience and, importantly, on whether your sales team can handle Arabic enquiries. Arabic copy and keywords often lower costs and improve relevance, but generating leads you cannot serve wastes money. We test both and keep whichever produces qualified leads for your specific business.
What conversion rate should I expect from Google Ads in Dubai?
It depends heavily on what you sell. Across our four published Dubai accounts, consumer services converted at 35-39% while B2B software converted at 11.5% on higher click costs. Any agency quoting a single expected rate for Dubai without asking about your offer and sales process is guessing.
Can you track WhatsApp and phone leads for UAE campaigns?
Yes, and in this market it is essential rather than optional. A large share of UAE enquiries arrive by call or WhatsApp rather than form fill. If those are not tracked as conversions, Smart Bidding optimises against incomplete data and the account looks like it is underperforming when it is not.
Do you work with agencies in the UAE?
Yes. We deliver white-label Google Ads under your agency brand — campaigns run in your name, reporting in your branding, and we never contact your clients. That is covered on our white-label service page, with an NDA and written non-compete signed before any work begins.
